Typical processing: 10-15+ business days
Orders are curated and packaged without filming
Mystery Scoop Orders (With Video)
Typical processing: up to 60+ business days (or longer during high volume)
Includes time for:
Filming
Editing
Uploading
Video orders are the most delayed order type
Premade Boxes
Typical processing: 5–7 business days
Preassembled and ready to ship
No customization or filming
High Volume Notice
Due to viral demand, holidays, and large order influxes:
Processing times may exceed listed estimates
Delays are normal and expected
We are a small business fulfilling a high volume of orders
Shipping Time (After Processing)
Shipping begins ONLY after processing is complete
Carrier delivery times are separate and not guaranteed
Tracking will be sent once your order ships
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you do not wish to wait the current processing time, you must request a cancellation BEFORE your order ships
Once your order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled or modified
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays and fees
