Return & Refund Policy — Mystery Bling Scoops
Due to the nature of our products, all Mystery Bling Scoops, mystery boxes, and custom-curated items are final sale. These items are made to order and curated specifically for each customer, which means we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these products.

Requests for specific colors, themes, or preferences are welcomed when offered, but cannot be guaranteed and do not qualify an order for a return or refund.
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Issues reported outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on mystery or custom items.
If an item is approved for return due to damage or error, a replacement or store credit may be issued instead.
Return Requests (Non-Mystery Items Only)
If we offer a non-mystery, non-custom item in the future that is eligible for return, the following conditions apply:

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Orders & Duties
International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, import fees, or charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.
Mystery Bling Scoops is not responsible for delays, refused packages, or additional charges resulting from international customs processing. Any unpaid duties or fees that result in a package being returned or abandoned will not be refunded.
